Firm Backcare Orthopaedic Mattress Tufted
This is a high specification top quality British manufactured orthopaedic mattress with high loft breathable fillings. The mattress is aproximately 10" deep and features hand tufted finish with side stitched borders for superior shape retention. Features a quality damask cover and a 12.5 gauge Bonnell open coil spring unit for a firm orthopaedic feel.
You may see pictures of beds and mattresses that look almost identical - but you're only looking at the cover.
Just as you can't judge a book by the cover, you can't rely on looks alone when judging the quality of the mattress. Manufacturers use attractive covers (many from the same source) which hide the really important components within - the spring unit and frame, the upholstery, made up of an insulator, a comfort layer and the quilting (Wikipedia) - this is where quality really counts! We dont sell "budget" beds and mattresses, we trade only with trusted suppliers who use premium materials and skilled staff. If you want a cheap bed that nobody will be sleeping on, then a "budget" mattress is fine. But if you want a properly comfy supportive mattress that lasts, you are in the right place.
